You do not need to know every corner of the Gala before taking your first step. Start with the evening you want: a quiet practice session, a table with friends, or a live game with new company.
Get comfortable before joining
Computer practice and the Rivals Campaign let you explore away from live human seats. Practice stacks are separate. If you are learning Omaha, remember its defining rule: use exactly two of your four hole cards and exactly three community cards.
Bring your people
Friends, private tables and league poker nights give an existing group ways to gather. Check the invitation, game and available seats before entering. A planned night or invitation does not promise a reserved seat or automatic buy-in.
Prepare for a live camera table
Live human seats require a camera. Preview it before seating, choose what is visible around you and use microphone controls separately. Your browser or Android app asks for relevant device permission; reading this page does not grant it.
Choose your way back
You can use the browser or the direct Android beta. On iPhone, follow the Safari Home Screen guide for a convenient shortcut. It still needs an internet connection and your PokerGala account; it is not an App Store download.
